Are there strict viewer or follower minimums?
No! We do not believe in arbitrary metric gates. We look for passionate, consistent creators who take pride in their community and want their broadcasts to look and run at peak performance. Whether you average 10 viewers or 500, we review every channel.
How does the hardware grant work?
When an application is accepted for a hardware grant, Pie Bytes allocates a bench-tested component (such as an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GPU, liquid cooler, or NVMe SSD). For local creators in Western North Carolina, we install and stress-test it in our workshop or during a house call. For remote creators, hardware is shipped directly with video-call installation support.

Are there contracts or exclusivity lock-ins?
None. We do not lock creators into restrictive contracts or exclusivity agreements. In exchange for hardware grants and priority triage, partners simply feature our !specs or !pc command in their stream chat and share honest feedback.
Can I apply for just an OBS / encoder tune without hardware?
Absolutely! That is Track 3 (Complimentary Stream Rig & OBS Audit). Many creators already have capable hardware that just needs optimal NVENC bitrates, audio clock synchronization, and Windows background optimization to stop frame drops.
